Clayton and Beau fixed the whole surrounding roof in 1 day, they were neat and tidy. The weather we’ve had since would have ruined our house if it weren’t for the amazing job they did. "We first used Powys Home Renovations in April 2024 to lay a concrete pad to park our newly purchased motorhome on. What a fantastic result. This was not a straight forward task as where we wanted it was very close to a underground septic tank. Clayton and Beau managed to lay the slab with great care and now our motorhome sits in pride of place giving us our parking area back. They are very a friendly, patient, knowledgeable team.
We enquired with them about replacing an area of old uneven and unsightly paving slabs. Also if anything could be done to restore an old unusable Dutch barn. Well what a result. They approach the task with great enthusiasm. Detailed ideas that I hadn’t even thought of. The quote was, in our opinion, very reasonable for the amount of work involved.
Clayton, Beau and young Harvey carried out the two tasks during July and August 2024. They worked extremely hard and kept us involved in the progress to ensure it was to our satisfaction. The end result has to be seen to be believed. The slabbed area is now even and includes a drainage channel. The slabs match other patio areas in our garden. The barn has now been transformed from a derelict shell into a completely enclosed usable barn. We live in an area which can flood so the floor level had been raised, hopefully, keep our sheep and equipment safe in case of flooding. With a substantial ramp to allow access.
Again we cannot thank the team enough for all their hard work. Clayton, Beau and Harvey were accredit to themselves. They even tackled our pack of enthusiastic dogs with such kindness that the dogs miss not having them around.

"Clayton, with assistance from his son Beau, did a great job for us. Initially fixing a leak in the porch roof. This required a new membrane under the tiles and then it was sealed. The inner side of the porch was transformed with pvc covering the old worn plaster. The roof of the house also needed extensive work which took a further couple of days but, once again, they appear to have done an excellent job."
